In Ester’s Accelerator Program 2022/2023, we are committed to supporting and empowering female entrepreneurs with foreign backgrounds to grow and expand their business ventures.
The Ester Foundation, in partnership with MTI Investments, Accelerator Program is aimed at female entrepreneurs with foreign backgrounds. The unique mentoring component is designed to help you grow and scale your business venture. The Accelerator Program offers tailor-made training and personalized coaching to help participants take their companies to the next level.

Theme-based workshops
Inspiring workshops on topics such as sales, marketing, financing, personal leadership and networking.
Customized mentoring
Individual advice and mentoring throughout the program based on you and your business needs.
Work in small groups
A unique opportunity to participate in a small group together with 10- 12 other highly entrepreneurial women.
